Sweden have stated Zlatan Ibrahimovic
will not feature at the World Cup in
Russia in the summer.
The LA Galaxy striker has proposed for a return to international duty despite
calling it quits to his international career after Euro 2016.
Speaking on talk show with Jimmy
Kimmel last week, Ibrahimovic declared,
“A World Cup without me wouldn't be a
World Cup.”
However the Scandinavian nation have
moved to announced that Ibrahimovic
will not be included in the party to
Russia following talks between the two
parties.
